Senior Session - Miss N
I sure have been blessed with a lot of gorgeous people lately. Miss N is absolutely stunning. I just love it when people see themselves like I do, so beautiful, that they gasp with joy when the see their image on my LCD screen. This was such a fun session. Thanks N for being up for anything. I hope you like your preview.

Australian Dust Storm
Some of you may have heard about the freak dust storms in Australia during the month of September. We had two in one week while I was home. Dust covered everything. It was hard for me to imagine that the dust we were seeing in the sky had blown in from the middle of the country. Many people don't realize just how big Australia really is. Imagine a dust storm moving across the country from Kansas to the East Coast. It's a long way for dust to blow. It did, however provide for some beautiful sunsets. This was the milder dust storm. Cameras and dust don't get along too well so I was not about to get it out in the first one.
My Cousin Julie - well her kids anyway!
These handsome guys belong to Brad's sister Julie and her husband Paul. Three very handsome young men and some of the best behaved, well mannered boys I've ever been around. Course they didn't get that way by accident. Julie and Paul are patient, loving and so very calming to be around. I just loved getting to spend so much time with them while I was home. It definitely was a major highlight of my trip. Thanks guys, it was so fun.

My Cousin Brad
Brad and I were pretty close in our teen years. We just had a connection. Then life happened, and we didn't see each other for almost 18 years. On my recent trip back to Australia I not only got to spend some time with Brad, I also got to photograph his wedding and do an additional portrait shoot with his new bride (note the shine of that week old wedding band in the first image!) and their little sweetheart. It is just amazing to see a dad so connected to his little girl. You're an inspiration to all fathers out there Brad. I couldn't be more honored to have been a witness at their wedding and to get to document that special day for them. Will have the wedding images up sometime before their first anniversary (just kidding!) as they are just stunning. But for now, here's a couple of images shot during our session at the farm where my mentor Peter Letheren from Peter L Photographics in Brisbane shoots. Thanks Pete for sharing this awesome location and your incredible talent with us.

Senior Session - Mr C.
This young man was the first of my two senior sessions last weekend. It's so cool when guys come to their sessions prepared for almost anything and have a good idea of what they would like their gallery to look like. Here's a small preview of what's to come C. Hope you like them. Changed the colors up a bit. Kind of fresh and funky all in one.

Senior Session - Miss C
This young lady would be one of the reasons I love my job. What could be better than photographing people this beautiful and gorgeous animals as well. We had a heck of a time getting this scheduled as the weather was giving us a run for our money. We had cloudiness, blazing sunlight and rain that made her images look as though it was snowing. We had a great time and got some great images. Thanks C. Enjoy your preview. Will post one of you and K soon.
