Little L
I had the pleasure of meeting little L today. He was such a wonderful little guy. He slept, ate and slept some more. The perfect little man. Mum and Dad are so in love. It's so great to see parents with their newborn children, especially their first baby. Thanks so much for honoring me with his first official portrait session. Besides the one when he was still in your belly!

The F Family
One of the many reasons I had such a great time on our trip to Ohio was because of this family. We had our shoot the last night I was in town. The sun was shining brightly and it was pretty windy but boy was it fun. Two very cute kids with even cuter parents. Simply adorable!!! Thanks guys, I had a fabulous time.

Individual Redemption
Ok, so my 6 year old got wind that some of her classmates saw the images of her crying so I must set the record straight and post an absolutely gorgeous image of her. She really does do a wonderful job for me. Peyton is pretty good too. Charlotte likes to say "take pictures" and point out places I have taken them for the torture but she is super fast these days and doesn't stand still for long, if she is far enough away from me to begin with.
So here is Bella gorgeous as ever............
Peyton smirking...........
Charlotte running for me, smiling at least....................
And then there is the group shot. I did manage to get two that will "do" for now. Still trying though.

My All Time Quest
All I want is to have an absolutely stunning image of all three of my children together in the one frame, happy, or at least not like what you are about to see. I want to be able to have an image that when I look at it, it takes me into a world of happy memories of what it was like to have my children when they were small. An image that I can have huge, hanging on my wall. Just one, that's all I want. I have been delving in the world of photography for many years now and while I can often capture this for other families, the ability to do it with my own children escapes me. Thankfully I am not alone, I read this on many of the blogs of other photographers too. The following images are classic, I am thinking I should do up a book just on the horrible torture I put my kids through in search of this one image. Check back in a few days to see what I am going to have to settle for right now. I can hear you all grimacing right now.
Charlotte won't let me get more than three feet away from her to even take her portrait.
And is so crushed when Bella takes her away from me.
Check the sly look on my son's face in this one as he checks out whether or not Bella notices the oncoming stick he has in his hand.
And this, an almost loving moment with Bella and Peyton right before she "accidentally" jabbed him with a stick right in the eye.
That resulted in this.....
And of course the drama after he beat the living tar out of her for getting him in the eye and Bella thinking I didn't believe that it actually was an accident...........
All I want is ONE huge image, that's it.....surely it's not too much to ask.

Mr and Mrs T
Had a super fun session tonight with a couple who was up for anything. I was so excited to see them arrive at their session looking so sharp in their wedding attire. What a gorgeous couple. So fun and so in love. Thanks guys for making my job so easy. The color images are just as stunning but the black and white just spoke to me so powerfully. Simply gorgeous!
And this one in color just takes my breath away. I would want this one HUGE on canvas on the wall! Wow! Simply stunning!
