Some Recent Sessions

Been quite busy this year. And now that spring has sprung and the longer days are on their way, people are beginning to book family sessions as well.  I must admit, I am pretty excited about this year.  2012 is shaping up to be a good one already.  Since I've been so slack with posting sessions, here's a combined post of images from the last few sessions.

Gorgeous Sarah!!!!

This little girl was just a delight!!!!!  I photographed her big brother two years ago here.  Such a cutie!   And she was just a gem!!!!

Baby Osgood

This little guy just blew me right away. Rarely, and I mean RARELY does a baby sleep through the entire session. He maybe squawked twice for about 2 seconds. Not only did he sleep like a champ, the baby has flawless skin. Usually babies have a few bumps, lumps and bruises but not this little guy. Perfection that's for sure. I have been itching to get outdoors with a baby all summer and this little guy was a great sport. Unfortunately it's turned a little chilly here in NH so we had to keep him swaddled up but we were indeed able to go out.

Baby Fontaine!

This little guy was teeny tiny weighing only 4.5 pounds on the day he came for his session. Such a sweet little guy with the cutest little wrinkles. Just loved working with him.

Baby Corbin!

I love playing around with digital files and digital artwork. Truth be told, I don't do it much and would love to have more time to play. There just aren't enough hours in the day. These could be 4 separate 12x12 squares or one large composite. Just having some fun. This little man's mumma ordered her digital files so she can have fun making stuff on her own. It's a highlight of mine - receiving cards(like Christmas cards or birth announcements) that people have made with the purchase of their digital files.

Baby Corbin

Sometimes newborn sessions are hit or miss. So much goes into the session and so much depends on whether or not we can get the baby to sleep - and sleep heavily. Baby Corbin slept ok, but he was pretty particular on how he wanted to be. He did not like having his legs tucked up underneath him so we had to work around that - I made him mad quite a bit but he settled down just as easily. Just an incredibly beautiful baby boy.

It's definitely been a work in progress. And they are finally up!!!! Over 20 images went up in Valley Regional Hospital's birthing pavilion this past week. We are still yet to hang two prints as there seems to be someone delivering each time we head up there. But never fear - we should have the final two up the first week in May. If you would like to take a tour of the pavilion, please schedule an appointment with Kelly Murphy at 603.542.1836.....appointments are needed to ensure that the patient's up there are not disturbed, their privacy is protected and the rooms are available for you to view the images.

Jarvis Family

Got to shoot with the entire family this time. It was fun! And baby Ryinn was just a peach once again. And big sister Chloe did an awesome job!

Baby Madelyn

Isn't she just so cute???? 6 weeks old and very alert. Newborn sessions are best done within the first 10 days of their lives but we actually didn't connect until a bit later. Nevertheless, we still managed to get some fabulous images both sleeping and awake. And isn't her big brother just adorable!!!!
