Class of 2012 - Cassie

This young lady wanted her senior images done while there was still snow on the ground. We rescheduled once due to extreme temperatures but this weekend we actually got what is pretty reasonable temps for these parts this time of year. But it's not so reasonable for strapless dresses and open toed shoes. Nonetheless Cassie did a great job and toughed it out. Just a gorgeous girl and it was just lovely spending the afternoon with her. Thanks Cassie!

Sarah's Family

This gorgeous lady is one of the Sole Sistas here in Claremont. Not only is she in great shape but she has the best hair!!!! Some people just have all the luck! She's also the owner of 31 Main Street in Newport - a wonderful beauty salon located right on the main street of Newport. It took a few tries for us to get this session to actually happen. Between me getting the flu for the first time in 8.5years on the day of her session, the weather and her racing schedule our times took a little bit of negotiating to get it together. But we did, and we ended up with a great but chilly day!

The F Baby!

I've been a little behind with my blogging of late but make no mistake, this "notsolittle" little one was just a darling. She wasn't feeling too well the day of our session but she finally fell asleep enough for us to get some lovely images.



It's just the best when you catch them smiling!

Cassie & Matt - Engaged!

Had a blast shooting with these guys this past weekend. It's so fun to see how happy they are together. All four of them. They just fit together so nicely. As a rule, I don't do weddings.....just not my thing. I love the romance of them, but not the stress. But I can honestly say, I am super excited to be doing their wedding come July. They are wonderful people, warm, friendly, compassionate and so blessed to have found each other. And that rubs off on others, it rubbed off on me and I am so excited that they have wanted to include me in their amazing day.
Congratulations guys!

The S Baby

This little man was such a wonderful baby. He was awake a little bit to begin with but soon drifted off. Opened his eyes for a few seconds and would then go back to sleep. Had to split the session into two owing to dad being at work but he was sleepy both days so we didn't have much trouble at all. It's so wonderful to see young parents so in love with their babies. Brought back all kinds of memories for me and my first time around. Such an amazing experience. This baby is so lucky - he's been born to parents who are so excited to have him. Congatulations are certainly in order!
