My little darlings

The kids have actually been asking if we can do pictures lately. It may have had something to do with the new clothes I had stashed away that were not allowed to be worn until after our pictures were done. So here are a few from our most recent session. We had a really good time. I've been up late editting and playing with new photoshop stuff. A little bit of fun for me.

Bella's Hair Cut

Yesterday marked another major event. Bella had 4-5 inches cut off her hair. So as you can see, it's now in a bob, looking much thicker and healthier. Unfortunately all her baby blonde has been cut off so it's a little darker now. She loves it and went to bed last night afraid that it would be much longer by morning. She looks much older to me now. Even taller. Amazing how a hair cut changes a person.

Peyton's First Day at Preschool

Yesterday was Peyton's first day of preschool for this school year. He was very excited, but not nearly as excited as I was!!!! After putting Bella on the bus we headed down to school to take Peyton, cupcakes in hand and super excited. Peyton's birthday falls the week before school starts so we have made it a tradition to take cakes on the first day. He was so thoughtful, he even took one across the hall to Bella's teacher. Is this the same boy who torments his sisters to no end????

Charlotte

What an angel! 18 months of age is such a sweet time in a baby/toddler's life, not to mention the mummy's. So many new things are happening. She is starting to respond (favorably I might add) to directions and requests. She loves trying new things and is becoming more independent. It's a great time. I am adoring it and cherishing every moment, for I know what lies beneath!!!!!

Flower Girl

Charlotte discovered a patch of flowers and quickly discovered that they come off the plant. Such a cutie!

Mr Peyton is 4!

My little boy turned 4 on the 31st of August. He has changed so much this past year. He no longer looks like a toddler but more like a boy now. I can hardly believe it. He has such a loving side and such a "boy" side too. Not a day goes by where I don't wonder where we are heading. Our days are best when spent outside playing. It's really too bad we live at the north pole and experience the colder months more than the warmer ones. Anyway, here are a few pictures of Peyton. Classic expressions I see on a daily basis. Happy birthday Bud!

Our Kids!

Went out around town the other day to see some different locations. Took my camera and the kids and off we went. It was quite the task, trying to get any kind of decent shot while trying to keep Charlotte away from any danger. And also trying to keep Bella focused, not to mention getting Peyton to look at the camera. All in all it was a less than productive day.

Got a couple of decent ones but this picture pretty much set the tone of the session. Got to love it!!!!!

These are a little better!
